Columbia River Wetlands RV Park is a new development with a unique family farm setting. We are nestled in the valley bottom, between the Rugged Rocky Mountains and the Spectacular Purcell Mountains. Four season camping in BC is now possible with our fully serviced lots that have plenty of parking, a covered 10' x 30' storage area for your boat or snow machine, 50 amp service to each lot.
Our RV Park is located 100 meters from the Columbia River Wetlands and is accessible through lease land. The park is 200 meters off Highway 95, 20 km south of the TransCanada Highway from Golden, British Columbia Canada. Our property lies in the Rocky Mountain Trench giving our guests a panoramic view of the mountains, wide open hay fields and the Columbia River.
It is our goal to create what we all once knew as "community", by offering only 20 RV lots total on our family operated farm property. We are committed to continuing to farm this piece of property to provide our guests with a farm atmosphere as well as fresh produce grown right at home. A garden area will be available for those who wish to plant their own. The quiet surroundings and the low amount of traffic will be enjoyed by all. Because our park is so small there will be a strong sense of safety amongst us as we will all know each other well.
The 200 meter access to the park is by way of easement. There is no public access to this property which again will reflect on safety and privacy. The river access is also by way of easement through a second piece of property owned by us (Gary and Karen Persson), again there is no public access to the river.
Each shared interest will have exclusive use of a 30' x 105' or 30' x 130' lot as well as a covered storage area 10' x 30'. Each shared interest will have access to the community common ground area.
Enjoy your family and friends company under the shelter of the covered gazebo/firepit area. Our community common ground area also has plenty of room for activites such as; lawn darts, bocce balls, volleyball, horseshoes. Perhaps you just want to sit on your lawn chair and take in the breathtaking scenery.
Columbia Valley recreation includes: golfing, skiing, hiking, paragliding, biking, fishing, hunting, river rafting, hot springs, snow mobiling, horse back riding, dining, and the many more attractions that the valley has to offer.
