Columbia River Wetlands RV Park Development Property will be completed in stages. Our BC Investment RV lots are now in the third stage.                                                

   The first stage will include:

  • approvals and permits (completed)             
  • lawyers and accountants (completed)        
  • business plan (completed)             
  • trust account (completed)                 
  • incorporating the company (completed)                     
  • drill the well (completed)                                            
  • quotes for sewer, hydro, water (completed)
  • engineers and surveyors (completed)     
  • water and perk tests  (completed)               
  • environmental impacts (completed)         
  • marketing (in progress)                                      
  • rebuild highway access (completed)         
  • construction of rv park roadways (completed)

    The Second stage will include:

  • marketing and selling 10 shared interests (in progress)
  • securing financing (completed)    

The Third stage will include:

  • hydro (Completed)
  • water system (Completed)
  • sewer system (Completed)
  • owner possession

     The Fourth stage will include:

  • build the RV park storage unit
  • build benches, picnic tables
  • set up horse shoe pits
  • plant trees, shrubs and lawns (in progress)
